This super popular dish deserves a Dutch twist! Namely with crispy bread, fried potatoes, and fresh marinated vegetables. A healthy vegetarian salad to lick your fingers and to assemble to your own taste.

Ingredients

2Trisol
350gbeetroot purée

Preparation

  1. Mix red beet puree with two tablespoons of trisol thoroughly (use a food processor or blender).
  2. Spread thinly and bake for about 40 minutes at 120°C.
