Ras el Hanout
4slices of dried ham
Salt
Preparation
- Mix 1 liter of frothing milk with ras el hanout to taste and 4 slices of dried ham.
- Let it infuse over low heat (about 60°C).
- Strain the mixture, check the seasoning, and add a little salt if needed.
- Before serving, heat the milk and froth with a hand blender.
