Ingredients

1lsteamed milk
Ras el Hanout
4slices of dried ham
Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 liter of frothing milk with ras el hanout to taste and 4 slices of dried ham.
  2. Let it infuse over low heat (about 60°C).
  3. Strain the mixture, check the seasoning, and add a little salt if needed.
  4. Before serving, heat the milk and froth with a hand blender.
