
Dropshot drop balls
We make these gumballs with dropshot.Ingredients
100mlWater
60gglucose syrup
12gAgar
150mldropshot liqueur
200gSugar
Preparation
- Mix 100 ml water, 60 grams glucose syrup, 200 grams sugar, 150 ml dropshot liqueur, and 12 grams agar.
- Bring to a boil while stirring and then pour into half-sphere silicone molds.
- Let cool completely, freeze slightly, and unmold the gum balls.
- Roll them in fine sugar before serving.
