Dropshot drop balls

We make these gumballs with dropshot.

Ingredients

100mlWater
60gglucose syrup
12gAgar
150mldropshot liqueur
200gSugar

Preparation

  1. Mix 100 ml water, 60 grams glucose syrup, 200 grams sugar, 150 ml dropshot liqueur, and 12 grams agar.
  2. Bring to a boil while stirring and then pour into half-sphere silicone molds.
  3. Let cool completely, freeze slightly, and unmold the gum balls.
  4. Roll them in fine sugar before serving.
