
Vegetable burger
We use mushrooms and blanched green beans for this burger, but you can also use other vegetables as desired.Ingredients

Preparation
- Mix 8 grams of gelburger with 250 grams of vegetables (we use, among others, blanched green beans and mushrooms sautéed lightly in oil).
- Add 50 grams of water. Mix everything well. Press into a ring mold, let it set briefly, and cook like a hamburger for serving.
