Vegetable burger

We use mushrooms and blanched green beans for this burger, but you can also use other vegetables as desired.

Ingredients

50gWater
8gGelburger
250gvegetables

Preparation

  1. Mix 8 grams of gelburger with 250 grams of vegetables (we use, among others, blanched green beans and mushrooms sautéed lightly in oil).
  2. Add 50 grams of water. Mix everything well. Press into a ring mold, let it set briefly, and cook like a hamburger for serving.
