Flan doesn't always have to be sweet!Ingredients

350gcooked cauliflower
150gWhole milk
Preparation
- Mix 350 grams of cooked and puréed (seasoned) cauliflower with 150 grams of whole milk and 2 grams of Iota.
- Bring to a boil while stirring, pour into molds, and let cool.
- Freeze the molds so the mixture can be removed from the mold more easily.
