
Pizza tomato sauce

1kgtomatoes, pomodori or canned
10gSalt
5gOlive oil
2tablespoons oregano
12gbasil leaves
garlic oil
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients cold with an immersion blender
- Finely chop and sauté an onion, add all other ingredients and let it reduce. Make sure the sauce does not boil!
